The 'Association Suisse du Déficit Vestibulaire Bilatéral (ASDVB) is the primary Swiss association for individuals suffering from bilateral vestibular loss. Their site offers peer support, medical explanations, and a community forum.
The 'Société Française de Kinésithérapie Vestibulaire' (SFKV) is the French society of vestibular physiotherapists. Here you can find a handful of brochures with information on diverse vestibular pathologies. Only in French language. For English speakers I would recommend reading the VEDA website.
